    From a careful grape selection, this wine is produced exclusively from the varietal “Syrah” also known as “Shiraz”. It has a deep and intense violet red color with a strong aroma and taste of wild berries and plums. It’s well balanced in structure and acidity. Very suitable for grilled meats but also to quite elaborate and spicy fish dishes. It should be consumed at 17º to 18º C temperature (62 º to 64º F).
